GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

The reservation of rooms is subject to the payment of a deposit representing 50% of the reservation or one night minimum.

The balance payment is then payable on your arrival or at the latest the next day before noon.

Article 1: object

This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner undertakes to personally ensure the welcome of holidaymakers with all the desirable attentions to facilitate their stay and knowledge of the region.

Article 2 - Duration of stay

The host signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises.

Article 3 - Reservation and conclusion of the contract

The reservation becomes effective once the host has sent the owner a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the price of the stay with a minimum of one night per room retained and a copy of the contract or estimate signed before the date indicated. on the reservation contract. Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer

Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email addressed to the owner.

b) If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner

Article 6 - Arrival

The host must arrive on the specified day between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the host must notify the owner.

Article 7 - Breakfasts

Breakfasts are served between 7:30 am and 10 am, depending on the departures.

Article 8 - Payment of the balance

The balance is to be paid on arrival at the owner.

Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the contract or the estimate will be paid at the end of the stay to the owner.

Article 9 - Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax that the host must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.

Article 10 - Use of the premises

The host must respect the peaceful character of the place and make use of it in accordance with their destination. No meals can be taken in the rooms. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must declare any degradation for which he could be responsible and assume the repair.

The whole house is a non-smoking area except the exteriors.

Article 11 - Capacity

This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of hosts exceeds this number, the owner is able to decline the additional customers.

This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of hosts greater than those refused, no refund can be considered. .

Article 12 - Animals

Animals are not allowed. In case of departure of a host motivated by the refusal of his animal, no refund can be considered.
